Questions for existing customers of the Reward Me Now App:

Once you’ve purchased a deal via the Reward Me Now App, you might want to know how it appears on bank statements. Just look for the reference on the voucher. 

First, check you’ve downloaded the Reward Me Now App on Google Play or the App Store. Then, tap the App to open and the initial screen you’ll reach will be the login page. Currently, you can’t access the Reward Me Now App via desktop. 

At the moment, Reward Me Now & Yodha are invite-only platforms and not open for public sign-up. If you are part of a member organisation and you are seeing this screen, then your email address has not been found in our system. It could be that you have not been invited to the platform. Please contact the account admin within your organisation for further assistance.

On the password entry screen within the App, there is a ‘Forgotten Password’ link that will allow you to reset your password.

Questions for people experiencing issues with the Reward Me Now App:

There are multiple reasons that your voucher could be displaying this message:

  • The order is taking slightly longer than we expect to process fully and will usually resolve itself within a few minutes. You can press the ‘Refresh Order’ button on this screen to check this. This is the most common reason for seeing this message.
  • The brand you have purchased a voucher for may be currently unable to fulfil your order. In these situations, you should contact our support team who can investigate.
  • Your order may require manual approval. Orders may be flagged for manual approval for reasons such as anti-fraud checks, organisation request, etc.

For any issues surrounding the Health Rewards section of the app, we suggest first clearing the app data, uninstalling the app, reinstalling the app, and then trying again. This resets any health data connections you had set up and allows you to reconnect them to the platform. To clear your app data, please follow the steps detailed below for your operating system.

Android:

The exact wording and layout of screens may differ per device, but the general steps are:

  • Open your phone ‘Settings’
  • Choose ‘Applications’ / ‘Apps’
  • Find the application in the list and tap on it
  • Select ‘Storage’
  • Select ‘Clear Data’
  • Confirm this action if required

iOS:
